Refund and Returns Policy

At VGR Fashion & Boutique, we focus on customized embroidery, maggam work, and designer fashion services. Because many of our products are made specifically based on customer requirements, our return and refund policy is limited and carefully structured.


1. Customized Products

Most of our products involve custom embroidery, maggam work, and personalized designs.

Because these items are specially created for each customer:

  • Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once the work process has started.

Customers are requested to confirm measurements, designs, and order details carefully before placing an order.


2. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before the work process begins.

Once embroidery work, stitching, or customization has started, cancellation will not be possible.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a customer receives a product that is:

  • Damaged during delivery
  • Incorrect compared to the confirmed order

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Customers may be required to provide:

  • Photos of the product
  • Order details
  • Delivery information

After verification, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.


4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
  • Processing time may take 5โ€“10 business days depending on the payment provider.

5. Delivery Issues

VGR Fashion & Boutique provides domestic and international delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service delays
  • Customs clearance for international shipments
  • Unforeseen logistical issues
